What is a mail club?
The Lucky Duck Mail Club is a monthly snail mail club where for less than the cost of a latte, you receive a letter, an originally designed 4x6 print, and a quote of the month straight to your door via the good old fashioned post. Sign up today!
How long will it take to get my letter?
Since there is no tracking on letter mail, it can take anywhere from 7 - 30 business days. If you suspect there might be a problem with your subscription, send me an email right away! luckyduckmailclub@gmail.com
When is the cut off date each month?
New members have until the 15th of each month to sign up in time for that months letter! The letters are send out shortly after the cut off date each month. Sign ups made after the 15th of the month go towards the next month's letter!
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at anytime using the customer portal here. If you having difficulties, please send us an email and we will sort it out as soon as possible! luckyduckmailclub@gmail.com
How do I change my address?
Send me an email as soon as you know your address is changing and I will update it for you! luckyduckmailclub@gmail.com
The Lucky Duck Mail Club is a reoccurring subscription, so you only need to sign up once, and you will be charged on that day for the following months! :-)
